This new Protein Skimmer from Precision Marine Systems incorporates the Super-Efficient "Bullet" to inject air/water into the mixing chamber and reaction column.Requiring only 28" under your cabinet, this skimmer will handle a 250g. aquarium. The Bullet-2 is Potent & Compact, and will even fit in most sumps. WOW, you say? So do we. Make no mistake, this skimmer will not tolerate a wimpy little submersible pump. A SEN900 or larger is required.
We've tested this skimmer with several water pumps:
SEN900 "works great!"
Dolphin SSS800 "kicks butt!"
MAK4 "will blow you away!"Most Likely the Little Giant 3 & 4 Pressure Pumps, and the Iwaki 30 and 40 RLT's will drive this skimmer as well. A smaller version of this design will be offered very soon.

This enables the skimmer to become sealed and pressurized when coupled to our waste collector. This means no overflowing skimmers due to a misadjustment, change in tank load, or the addition of tank additives that can cause any skimmer to over foam. The ability to remove foul odors and/or harmful ozone gas (when used with ozone) with the waste collector's built-in carbon chamber is a unique feature.
