[ Orange Micro Hermit Crab - CrabsOrange Micro Hermit Crab
TEMPORARLY SOLD OUT

This is a tiny little hermit from Marshall Island in the Pacific. It is suppose to be reef safe and stay very small. These are a brand new item for us so we do not have much personal experience, but so far they have shown to be very hardy and one of the most active hermits ever. If they stay this small size, they will be the ideal hermit for reef tanks and shouldn't pose any thread, except to algae! Recommend 1 per 2 gallons, 1 to 1 for major problems.

[ Electric Blue Hermit Crab - CrabsElectric Blue Hermit Crab
This is a pacific hermit that has super bright striped neon blue legs. It's a large hermit, about 1-2 inches in size. They are collected deep in the ocean which means less numbers and more cost. It's a great working hermit that is reef safe. Collected in grassy areas, so should be a natural hair algae remover. Due to price and size, you probably won't want too many, but a 1 or 2 is a nice addition for color.

[ Emerald Green Mythrix Crab - CrabsEmerald Green Mythrix Crab
Emerald Crabs are an Atlantic crab that is great at eating Bubble Algae and Hair algae. They grow to about 2" in size. They for the most part are reef safe, but have been reported to sometimes eat coralline algae, so keep a close watch on them. They are great cleaners though, recommend 1 Emerald per 25-50 gallons of tank.

[ Sally Lightfoot Crab - CrabsSally Lightfoot Crab
These crabs are very flat and look similar to a spider. These guys are born with Caffine" they can't stay still, always working for you. They eat film, hair, diatom algae and detritus. They have reported very low on aggression and grow to about 3-5" including legs in the tank. Highly recommened! Recommend 1 crab per 25-50 gallons.

[ Red Scarlet Reef Crab - CrabsRed Scarlet Reef Crab
True Red Scarlets have bright red legs and gold eyes. These crabs reach about 1" to 1.5" in size full grown and usually have pretty coraline covered shells. These are the least aggressive crab for the reef tank. They eat diatom, hair and detritus. These guys are nocturnal, so they'll start work in the evening and after the lights are out. Recommend 1 crab per 3 gallons, or up to 2 per gallon for major algae problems.

[ Baha Red Leg - CrabsBaha Red Leg
TEMPORARLY SOLD OUT

Baha Red Leg Hermit - 1 crab per 2 gallons of water, up to 1 per gallon for major algae problems. These guys will eat diatom, hair, detritus, and **EAT** red slime. These guys are a little more aggressive hermit then scarlets, but not as bad as the blue legs. These crabs are by far the most effective cleaners of all the hermits. They are one of the few crabs we have seen actually eat red slime algae though.

[ Black and White Haw. Hermit Crab - CrabsBlack and White Haw. Hermit Crab
Black and White Haw. Hermit Crab - 1 crab per 2 gallons of water, up to 1 per gallon for major algae problems. These guys will eat diatom, hair and detritus. These are the most active hermits you'll ever see, even more then the Orange Hermits. They are back by popular demand. They are sometimes called Zebra or Micro Hermits, but they will get 3/4 plus in size, so not really a micro crab.
