UltraLife Red Slime Remover is a revolutionary time tested product, that will effectively and safely remove Red Slime quickly from all Coral and Invertebrates. UltraLife RSR contains natural cellular matter, select biological accelerators and special supplements proven effective in removing Red Slime from Corals and Invertebrates and is Safe for reef tanks, corals, invertebrates, desirable macro-algae, nitrifying bacteria and fish. Have tried several Red Slime medications with little success. This one caused most of my LPS corals to bleach out as it not only killed the Red Slime but microrganisms inside the LPS that convert sunlight to food. Luckily I did several water changes over a couple weeks and my corals recovered.

I have used RSR on several occasions with different applications on different tanks, including acro tanks, FOWLR, and seahorse tanks without incident. Perhaps the above reviewer didn't read the instructions about O2 and and PH fluctuations.

I read all the great reviews on the Ultralife Red Slime Remover and decided to try it even though I hate using chemicals on my tank. Within 24 hours I lost 5 fish, all my Acros, all my snails, conchs, clams, some shrimp and all starfish, and 6 days later I have more red slime than when I started. I spent all that money on buying that product and got stuck with an extra $500 plus loss. I'd personally advise against using it.
