2 Tradewind Chiller

The Tradewind 1/3HP super chiller failed to meet my expectations. It seemed to work fine at first, then slowly degraded in performance where my other 1/5HP chiller actually did a better job than the 1/3rd super. Looks like new but simply doesn't perform at the capacity advertised after a little over a year. Credit to Tradewind, they do answer e-mails. But I would be extremely cautious if I purchase another one of these chiller and report it to them the moment you suspect a degradation in it performance. Even under warranty, it may cost you $150 alone in shipping for them to take a look at it. When I contacted them, They said their warranty is from time of manufacture, not time of purchase which cost me. My next chiller will be from another manufacturer.
