2 Leaks after a few months

At first I liked the TLF 150 a lot but after a few months of use, I've had 2 of them develop leaks. Had to purchase new O-rings. I'd be concerned about running these off the back of my tank. When replacing media, you have to tinker with the O-ring to make sure it's seated right otherwise it will leak.
