This kit measures all types of calcium, including gluconate calcium. The method is based on specific titration with a unique indicator. Measures in increments of 5 mg/L. Each kit runs 150 tests.

I keep all of my test kits away from moisture. The regeant specifically states keep "closed & dry". Righty tighty - lefty loosey. You have to screw lid on to keep water out. Also keeping anything dry under an aquarium is Murphy's Law just waiting for you to leave on vacation. I Have run 25 or more tests with this particular kit, and still tests are great. All Seachem kits come with test sample which all my test kits results have been as listed on sample. I use all of Seachem's test kits and have NO problems. To each his own, whatever works for you. But I would give the last review a 0 if I could from lack of following instructions.

do not keep this product anyehere near moisture!!!! i had it under my tank and regent 1 turned to cement after one test!!!!! had to throw it out nice moistuer proof bottles!!! i would give this produict a zero if i could
