5 Reliable and Simple
|

I have spent money on float switches averaging 70.00 for a so called decent unit that failed in less than 1 year . I have had this unit for 2 or 3 years with no issues at all .I paid more for this unt but it was worth every penny .

5 Great Customer Support at Reef Fanatic
|
04/28/2008 - by Scott Cerreta from Tucson, AZ US

I was ready to retun this unit after the first day. The unit would not shut off and nearly overfilled the tank. Bob, at RF assured me that I had a fluky float valve and sent out a replacement. It has been great for six months. The float does get sticky on occasion and I wash it in vinegar and run a brush through the float where the magnet is located. This seems to work.
I'm buying another for my office . . .da Artsy-Cube

I have had it for over a year and it has saved me so much time. I can now leave for several days without anyone tending to the tank. I'm getting ready to purchase another for additional tank.

5 Reef Fanatic Level Controller
|
07/23/2005 - by rock455 from Rockledge, FL US

I have had this controller for over a year and have had no problems -- I would suggest using an egg crate and some zip ties to mount the floats -- I hate suction cups but other than that everything has worked perfectly from day 1. I have used this setup several different ways and have found the system extremely easy to use and flexable.

bought the level controller and installed it a week ago. the only problem encountered was the float sensors themselves, reeffantic has a great customer responce team that was able to correct the problem over the phone. float sensors needed to be flipped 180 degrees. the unit has operated flawlessly now!
