Automate your aquarium water top off with our water level controller. Since safety is our number one concern, we include two float switch sensors with our water level controller. The second float switch sensor ensures dependability and offers overflow protection. Our water level controller can also be used to protect pump from run dry.

RF's Level Controller features:
Detachable float switch sensors
Low power consumption: 2 Watts
Control Power Output: Maximum 2 Amps

The following diagrams will best illustrate the typical setups using the level controller.

Mode A - Using 2 float sensors.

Mode A - Using 1 float sensor.

Mode B - Using 2 float sensors.

5 Reliable and Simple 11/21/2008 - by Percy Cairo from Winterville, NC US
I have spent money on float switches averaging 70.00 for a so called decent unit that failed in less than 1 year . I have had this unit for 2 or 3 years with no issues at all .I paid more for this unt but it was worth every penny .
5 Great Customer Support at Reef Fanatic 04/28/2008 - by Scott Cerreta from Tucson, AZ US
I was ready to retun this unit after the first day. The unit would not shut off and nearly overfilled the tank. Bob, at RF assured me that I had a fluky float valve and sent out a replacement. It has been great for six months. The float does get sticky on occasion and I wash it in vinegar and run a brush through the float where the magnet is located. This seems to work.

I'm buying another for my office . . .da Artsy-Cube
5 Great for vacations! 06/22/2006 - by Mike D from River Forest, IL US
We went on vacation for a week and it was able to keep levels in my sump in tip top shape!
5 Works Flawless 07/27/2005 - by Rodel Delos Reyes from Staten Island, NY US
I have had it for over a year and it has saved me so much time. I can now leave for several days without anyone tending to the tank. I'm getting ready to purchase another for additional tank.
5 Reef Fanatic Level Controller 07/23/2005 - by rock455 from Rockledge, FL US
I have had this controller for over a year and have had no problems -- I would suggest using an egg crate and some zip ties to mount the floats -- I hate suction cups but other than that everything has worked perfectly from day 1. I have used this setup several different ways and have found the system extremely easy to use and flexable.
5 Awesome! 07/04/2005 - by anonymous from unspecified
This works great! Would definately purchase again! Very pleased!
4 great pruduct 07/30/2004 - by Mike Salmon from Austin, Texas, TX US
bought the level controller and installed it a week ago. the only problem encountered was the float sensors themselves, reeffantic has a great customer responce team that was able to correct the problem over the phone. float sensors needed to be flipped 180 degrees. the unit has operated flawlessly now!
