I like this product. Price here is good also. My LFS wants $200 for this same model. It works well.

Though the support i received from PremiumAquatics was great, the service from red sea was anything but. The mere fact the product died after less then a months use should say something. I wont get this product again. I just hope my tank hasnt paid the price for wavelessness (if that is even a word).

This is a wonderful unit. I've been running my maxijet pumps with this wavemaker since 1996, with no problems at all. Has worked flawlessly since the day I bought it!

Adding this with 3 maxi 6s to my 38 gallon brought great changes to my reef, then I upgraded to 3 maxi 12s for a 75 gallon. Channel 2 quit working after 3 months of operation on the 75 gallon. It worked great for almost two years.

I had to return the first one as one of the outlets died. Once I was finally able to reach someone they did replace the unit quickly. Second unit ran for about a year and now has another dead outlet. I won't replace it again.

I would say it a good product for fully automatic, it is uncomparable to a programable unit such as, instance ocean. I have no problem with false starting pump. Recommend to people who don't want to program their own wave style

Support is nonexistant. Called their Houston support and was forwarded to their Wavemaster "expert" who proceeded to try and read out of the manual. Knew nothing about the system. Have yet to have a single email answered. The machine, though simple, does not work as expected. Have had the Main Pump not turn on several times after putting into Feeding Mode. I have no plans to buy any more Red Sea products.
