The ORP (Oxidation, Reduction Potential or Redox) is a measure of the oxidization capacity of water. A low ORP indicates a high (and undesirable) level of organic matter in the water. Have had this for a couple of years now and works terrific. Just wish the warranty would go a bit further than a year, dropping near 500 dollars for a product that may only last a year is a bit steep. Now if only I can find replacement probes.....

Good product for the most part. Customer service seems to lack. If beyond the 1 year warranty date you out of luck. They dont offer repairs or anything else and for almost 500 would expect more.
