(09/02/2008) - This is the best skimmer I have seen. It took a long time to get the order, but it is worth the wait. I also like the small foot print of the skimmer.

(12/19/2007) - Just fired up the Bubble King 180. Actually dropped it in the sump and turned it on. Within 24 hours the skimate was thick,dry and brown. Best ever. The collection cup lifts off w/o any screws,connections or plumbing to disconnect to clean. Even my girlfriend can do it while I'm on the road. I can not believe how well this puppy works. I know what your thinking...It better work well for the that kind of money! But I'll say this it is one of the most important components to any reef. After spending thousands on a 90 gal tech tank w/ 30 gal sump I didnt want to take any chances on complicated un tested or good for the money skimmers I wanted the easiest best skimmer I could get. I got it. Don't waste time on the message boards if you want the best and easiest skimmer in the world this is it hands down. So when people say oh for the money I like deltec etc....thats like saying I got a Corvette its a great car for the money why get a Ferrari. I got the Ferrari!! Joe
