bought this pump as a backup to my Iwaki and when I ran it, the Iwaki immediately became the backup to this pump. It has the identical head pressure but is much quieter because the noise it makes runs at a lower frequency than the Iwaki. I've had mine for over a year and its as solid as the Iwaki.
