This pump is well built and provides a lot of flow for its size, but its very loud.

I just put this pump online as the main return for my reef tank. It is very quite, powerful and well made. It's too soon to say how it will hold up over the long haul, but if the quality is that of Iwaki, I think its a great pump for the price.
