4 GREAT DEAL

Great pump for the price .It produces great flow but could have a better mounting device , although I didn't have any problems with the mounting bracket yet . Be aware that you can't dial down the flow rate , only the length of time for each flow switching time . It has 3 different flow rates that it alternates at adjustable time settings . After 6 or 7 months I havn't had any problems with it at all . I also have a vortec mp40 but I am still planning on buying another resun as a good and cheap backup .

4 super flow

Only a 4 because of no wave. I have had this about a week 1st one didn't work the replacement works fine not a wave maker, but super flow. Way more flow than one of my modded k4's a littel less than both. Will worth the $60. May make a wave in a smaller tank say 90 gal or less but no where near a wave in my 120 4'Lx2'Wx2'H maybe if i add another. Maybe?

2 Didn't Work For Me

This is actually a pretty cool little wavemaker that can easily have a SureFlow Magnet glued to it so it has a magnet mount. Only problem is that mine only worked for about 2 weeks and now it seems to me that it's completely dead. Before it completely died, if I picked up the controller and moved it around, the pump would kick on for a few hours, but after 2 or 3 times doing that, I couldn't even get that to work. It's a shame because when it does work, it works well. Not the best looking piece of equipment (very large), but I would've been very happy with it had mine continued to function. Oh well, it was worth a shot for $100.

You can't beat the flow from these units, and you sure can't beat the price.
Have used one for a couple years now with no issues, money well spent.
