I am very impressed with the quality of this unit. I live in an area that has tons of minerals,phosphates, and nitrates in the water. I can't believe the difference in water quality in my reef tank. I am also glad I went with the 60 gpd unit, it has been nice to always have water on hand when I need it. Rick
