I used this filter to clean my 135 gallon tank when it got EXTREMELY cloudy due to the addition of Miracle Mud to sump (I made a mistake during set-up). The tank was pea soup with only a few inches of visibility at best. I added this filter packed with the Hydor fine white material and the tank was comletely clean in 2-3 days. Only problem is that when taking apart for cleaning you have to squeeze really hard on these flaps that are built in & the tight space really hurts your fingers. Other than that, a great product for spot cleaning a tank.
