(11/19/2005) - I give it a low rating because it is so noisy! I bought it hopeing for better flow but it is just a little more flow than my old overflow and twice as loud. In the end I don't think that this was much of an upgrade and maybe even a downgrade. I think that with some tinkering I might be able to get it to be quiet and that is why I gave it a 2 instead of a 1.
