We only buy in small portions so we can keep it rotated very quickly. It's a rarity to have anything over 1 week old. We keep all DT's in the frig where it belongs. Some places do not, be sure to ask. When ordering, we recommend you check your shipping transit time. Keeping the shipping under 2 days is highly recommended. We also watch the day it's shipped. If you pick 2-day air and order on thursday for example. We will hold the order and ship monday so it doesn't sit over the weekend.
