4 grat mount

Hi Just me .02 I have one in a 5 ft 100 gallon tank. I really like the mount and it seams to work well but... I also have a seio 820 and the seio seams to move more water. I still like this one better because of the mount. Just wish I had gotten the big one. Actually this one has the same problem the koralia have, the prop could have been twice as big as the one they used. maybe I will try swapping it out. Hope that helps Joe

5 Great Flow, EXCELLENT Value

Compared to my Korallias, these have much better flow pattern (wider, less tubular) and stronger magnets (be careful they can hurt your fingers and possibly crack your glass if you are not careful, they are so strong). I have them on 3/8" thick glass and i bet they can hold onto 1/2" thick glass very well.
Compared to my Tunze Nano Streams, these are a much better value for the $$$. Meaning, they put out more gph per dollar.
I have only had them running for one month so long term reliability is still yet to be determined.
No chatter on start up but i would not put them on a wavemaker because 1. a fish may venture inside while it's off and 2. they may not withstand the multiple on/off cycles like Korallias or non-controllable Tunze's. So far, I'm really impressed. Hope this helps JOHNNY
